Research and Extension Journal: Multidisciplinary Perspectives
The University proudly announces a landmark project initiated by the University Research Development Office, in collaboration with the Office of Community Engagement and Extension Services: the establishment of the University’s Official Publication Journal.
The journal’s Aims and Scope are strategically aligned with the University’s core specializations and its Research and Extension Agenda. We invite academic and extension-based studies that contribute to the following thematic areas:
- Environmental Conservation and Sustainable Development
- Education, Communication, Culture and Arts, Gender and Development
- Science, Technology, and Engineering
- Governance and Legislation
- Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Economics
- Health and Wellness
- Disaster Preparedness and Resiliency
- Youth Development
Submissions are open to all fields within Arts and Social Sciences, Engineering and Information Technology, Public Administration and Governance, Accountancy and Business Administration, and Teacher Education, provided they align with the SDG 2030 and Ambisyon Natin 2040 frameworks.

CPAGSaliksik: International Journal for Public Administration and Governance (CIJPAG) is the annual refereed journal of the College of Public Administration and Governance, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela (Valenzuela City University). It aims to publish research studies and articles that provide insights on current topics and emerging trends in public administration, management, and governance, which include, but are not limited to, public administration, public policy, local governance, public sector innovation, and sustainable development. The journal publishes original papers of outstanding quality based on recent completed research in public administration, local governance, and policy studies by our students, faculty members, administrators, local government officials, and other public policy scholars and researchers. Research articles and materials published in this journal may not be reproduced, copied in any other form or by any means, without the written consent from the publisher.

CABihAsnan: International Journal of Accountancy and Business Administration
CABihAsnan: International Journal of Accountancy and Business Administration is the official annual peer-reviewed academic journal of the College of Accountancy and Business Administration of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela (Valenzuela City University).
The journal is published in cooperation with the University Research Development Office (URDO) and the Office of the Community Engagement and Extension Services (OCEES) to reinforce the University’s commitment to research excellence, policy development, and community-responsive education. Through this collaborative initiative, CABihAsnan strengthens the integration of academic scholarship, institutional advancement, and extension services.
